Pet market in Central America will be the subject of a webinar promoted by Instituto Pet Brasil
Costa Rica and Guatemala will be the target countries; event will take place on July 13 at 2 pm
São Paulo, July 2023 - The IPB (Instituto Pet Brasil), an institution that for ten years has been stimulating the Brazilian pet sector development, together with the Pet Brasil Sectorial Project, a partnership between the IPB and ApexBrasil (Agência Brasileira de Promoções e Exportações e Investimentos), will promote a webinar on the pet market in Central America. The event will be held on July 13 at 2 pm.
The webinar aims to address various pet industry issues, such as regulatory, market data, and export in Central American countries, focusing on Costa Rica and Guatemala. Click here to join.
The speakers will be Andrés Alvarado, local assistant for the trade sector (SECOM) at the Embassy of Brazil in San José, Costa Rica, Manuel Hurtado, technical assistant for the trade promotion sector (SECOM) at the Embassy of Brazil in Guatemala, and Luciane Franke, doctoral student in development economics by UFRGS and master in economics.
“Due to a lack of knowledge, many Brazilian businessmen fail to explore the international scene. To solve this problem, Instituto Pet Brasil has been offering webinars to develop the national market and awaken the interest of Brazilians in exploring other countries”, says Nelo Marraccini, president of the Advisory Board of Instituto Pet Brasil.
From Brazil to the world
Regions such as Africa, Central America, and Europe, and countries such as China, the United States, Mexico, and Argentina, are among the focuses of the Pet Brasil Sectorial Project this year. In addition, in Brazil, the 2023 fair calendar forecasts the International Pet Meeting Expo 2023, promoted by IPB itself, in November.
