Instituto Pet Brasil registers companies for webinar about China
National organizations can participate virtually for free in the event, which takes place between March 29th and 31st
São Paulo, February 2023 – O IPB (Instituto Pet Brasil) and ApexBrasil (Agência Brasileira de Promoção de Exportações e Investimentos) invite Brazilian companies in the pet food industry to participate virtually and free of charge in the China Feed Industry Expo 2023. The event takes place between the 29th and 31st of March.
To participate in the event, companies are invited to join the Pet Brasil Sectorial Project, which offers guidance to companies interested in exporting their products and services, as well as actions to promote the Brazilian pet sector through trade missions, business roundtables, and Brazilian delegations at international fairs.
China has a compound annual growth rate of 3.35%, according to CAGR (Compound Annual Growth Rate) data, and the animal feed market in the country was valued at more than US$ 1 billion in 2020, expected to surpass the mark of US$ 1.39 billion in 2028.
“It is an excellent chance for Brazilian companies to show their products’ strength and innovations to a very attractive market. China’s average income is on the rise, and the number of pets is following this increase”, says Nelo Marraccini, president of the IPB Advisory Board.
With the support of the ApexBrasil office in Beijing, companies interested in participating in the event will find it easier to do business and prospect the Chinese market, as they will be represented by an employee on the spot. In addition, participating organizations will also have the translation of the digital catalog into Chinese and the demonstration of product samples at the fair.
How to export?
Regions such as Africa, Central America, and Europe, and countries such as China, the United States, Mexico, and Argentina, are among the focuses of the Pet Brasil Sectorial Project this year.
In addition to the China Feed Industry Expo 2023, the 2023 fair calendar foresees participation in May of Zoomark International 2023 in Italy. Also part of the calendar is the International Pet Meeting Expo 2023 (in November, in Brazil).
